Our Contract with you
When you place an order with inhabito.com, you are offering to buy the product(s) from us and we will send you an order acknowledgement. Your order will only be accepted by us once your product(s) have been delivered to you. Until then we can decline to supply the goods. We will try to ensure that this never happens, but we do, however, reserve the right not to fulfil your order for any reason.
Availability
We list and display our product availability on the website inhabito.com for purchase and delivery. We use the help of computer systems to help us manage our stock levels across our vast range of products. Computers are better than humans at this kind of stuff on a large scale however, they occasionally get it wrong. If we do get this wrong for any reason, we will let you know as soon as we can and work to resolve it for you.
Product Descriptions and Website Information
We try to display and describe our products as accurately as possible to give them the best representation we can. Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted on the website are approximate only. With a vast colour range we have also made every effort to display the product colours accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that the image displayed on a monitor or screen will be a true or accurate reflection of the true colour of the product delivered to you.

Prices
All prices shown and displayed on our website inhabito.com include VAT and exclude delivery service charges.
Any such offers will apply to selected products and be subject to availability. Delivery charges, conditions and geographical exclusions may apply. Please refer to individual product information for pricing.
Payment
You can use many methods of payment including credit/debit card this includes Maestro, Delta, MasterCard or Visa card PayPal and Apple Pay. There will be no additional charges for accepted payment methods.
Delivery
We provide FREE standard delivery on orders over £30 to the UK excluding the Highlands and Northern Ireland. For orders under £30 there is a £2.95 delivery fee. We may not be able to deliver if you're in the Scottish Highlands or in more remote parts of Scotland. Unfortunately, we’re currently not able to offer deliveries to Northern Ireland. Due to courier restrictions, we can't deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Republic of Ireland.
Your delivery will normally be made by our courier partners Royal Mail or DPD. Royal Mail offer tracked and untracked services. When Royal Mail deliver a standard order, this will be untracked, however will include a delivery confirmation / POD. When using Royal Mail and DPD tracked services, they will contact you to inform you of delivery.
General
The contract made between us and all our and your rights and obligations shall be governed by English law and any disputes arising under it shall be heard in the English courts.
