Who do we use for delivery?
We use our trusted delivery partners, Royal Mail, to deliver the vast majority of orders. Royal Mail have proved to offer a timely and efficient service over the years. We also only use Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 24 services so you can track your delivery at all times.
How much will delivery cost?
We provide FREE standard delivery on orders over £40 to the UK. For orders under £40 there is a £3.49 delivery fee.
Express Delivery available for £4.95 on orders under £60 and Free of charge on orders over £60.
How long will my delivery take?
Our items are usually delivered within 2 – 3 business days using standard delivery.
Express and next-day delivery options use either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day services. We can not guarantee next-day delivery.
Delivery can take place on the following days, depending on your chosen delivery service.

DPD (Monday - Friday)
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Usually on the same day as your order is placed, with a same-day dispatch cut-off of 3 pm (15:00 Hrs)
We only use tracked delivery services, so you will be kept up to date by our delivery partner throughout delivery. Our trusted delivery partners are Royal Mail.
Are there any delivery restrictions?
Orders are usually delivered within 2 – 3 days from shipment, however there are some areas where delivery can take slightly longer. Such as the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Delivery restrictions and restricted products.
Knives and other restricted items purchased online must be delivered to your door via Royal Mail's Age Verification delivery services. This is to ensure that they are only delivered to persons aged 18 or over. Royal Mail may ask you for a Photo ID to verify your age and will follow the principles of ‘Challenge 25’.
What days are deliveries made?
As standard, Royal Mail makes deliveries Monday – Sunday excluding Bank Holidays.
